"William Henry MALTBIE, professor of Mathematics at the Women's College of Baltimore, Maryland, was born at Toledo, Ohio, Aug. 26, 1867. He is son of Silas Benjamin and Anjie Van Deman MALTBIE. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, 1890; A.M., 1892, fellow of John Hopkins' 1894/5. PhD. same, 1895.
